Important Note: This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data that our customers ("Customers") upload, submit, or otherwise provide to our proprietary AI platform, Panofluxa™ (the "Services"). The processing of such "Customer Data" is governed by the specific agreements between Fluorion and our Customers, such as a Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. In those instances, Fluorion acts as a "data processor" on behalf of our Customers.
